The Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) carried out the helicopters exercise of 2019, with the participation of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO).

The exercise comes within the framework of training plans adopted by the RAFO and to maintain the efficiency and readiness of its personnel, according to Oman News Agency (ONA).

The exercise included a number of training stages in the various duties performed by the participating helicopters, in order to achieve RAFO operational objectives.

Meanwhile, Lt. General Ahmed bin Harith al-Nabhani, Chief-of-Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF) met in Islamabad with Imran Ahmed Khan, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The meeting exchanged cordial conversations and discussed several fields of the existing military cooperation between the two friendly countries.
