As part of the Arab Republic of Egypt’s commitment to advancing human development through science and education, fostering scientific research, and encouraging innovation in support of Egypt’s Vision and the objectives of the New Republic, while keeping pace with the continuous advancements in telecommunications and information technology, the Egyptian Military Academy organized the 6th International Telecommunications Conference (ITC-EGYPT 2026).
The event was attended by a number of Ministers, Senior Commanders of the Armed Forces, and prominent public figures, the Egyptian Ministry of Defense reported.
The conference is recognized as one of the leading specialized scientific forums for the exchange of expertise and the presentation of the latest scientific research and technological applications. Its activities brought together a distinguished group of scientists, researchers, and specialists from various academic and research institutions, in addition to representatives of relevant organizations, thereby promoting cooperation and the integration of efforts among scientific and research communities.
During the conference, the Director of the Egyptian Military Academy reaffirmed the General Command of the Armed Forces’ commitment to providing comprehensive support for the scientific research ecosystem and fostering innovation.
The Conference Chairman further emphasized that the conference serves as a scientific platform for the exchange of expertise and the presentation of the latest research findings in a manner that keeps pace with the rapid developments in telecommunications and technology.
