This came in a news conference featuring high-level attendance, including Saudi Aviation Club founder and chairman Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Club Board Member and General Supervisor Dr. Ahmed AlFahid.
They revealed the key features of the new edition of the airshow, which will take place from November 25 to 29 at Al Thumamah Airport in Riyadh, aiming to draw over 200,000 visitors to enjoy the entertainment zones for both children and adults, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
They also shared what visitors can expect to witness at this year’s airshow, with rich and inspiring experiences blending spectacular aerial displays with deep educational content, featuring more than 90 breathtaking displays by Saudi and international teams, along with special nightly shows lighting up the Riyadh sky.
The event will also feature static displays, offering a unique opportunity to engage directly with the world of general aviation and allowing visitors to closely view and explore iconic aircraft. In addition, it will include a trade exhibition which will serve as a dynamic business hub with over 100 exhibitors showcasing the latest innovations and technologies in the aviation sector.
The zone will enable visitors to explore a distinguished range of exhibits and futuristic models while facilitating networking with partners and industry decision-makers, thereby strengthening business and partnership opportunities.

Additionally, the “Aviatainment Zone” will be dedicated to “Learning Through Wonder” and will offer virtual reality simulators, workshops on building aircraft models and engines, and interactive cockpit tours guided by pilots and experts who provide live explanations of components and systems -- all designed to turn curiosity into active engagement.
In a step emphasizing the social dimension of the initiative and celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Saudi Aviation Club, Prince Sultan bin Salman announced a special initiative to promote inclusivity and celebrate all members of society, offering complimentary admission to people with disabilities and children under the age of six. This will provide comprehensive accessibility facilities and ensure a seamless experience at Al Thumamah Airport, making general aviation a shared passion for every member of society.
Prince Sultan bin Salman affirmed that “The Saudi Aviation Club’s journey of 25 years is a living embodiment of the unlimited support we receive from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince which has transformed general aviation from a specialized interest into a strategic sector driving growth in the Kingdom.”

The presence of 3,000 international visitors and 30 expert speakers underscores the event's global significance.
