Vice Admiral Abdullah Khamis Al Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF) received in his office at Al Murtafa’a Garrison (photo) Brigadier Kayid Jamal Al Ja’arat, Head of Military Training of the Armed Forces at the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The two sides exchanged views and reviewed several military matters of mutual interest, Oman News Agency (ONA) reported.
The meeting was attended by the Military Attaché of the Jordanian Embassy at Muscat and several SAF Senior Officers.
For his part, Major General Hamid Ahmed Sakroon, Head of the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies received in his office at Bayt Al Falaj Garrison the visiting Head of Military Training of the Armed Forces at the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The two sides discussed several matters of mutual interest.
The meeting was attended by officials from the Academy and the Military Attaché of the Jordanian Embassy at Muscat.
Furthermore, Rear Admiral Ali Abdullah Al Shidi, Commandant of the National Defence College (NDC) at the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies, also received Brigadier Kayid Jamal Al Ja’arat, Head of Military Training of the Armed Forces at the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The two sides discussed several matters of mutual interest.
The guest was briefed on the College’s facilities and equipment, as well as its various departments and halls designed according to the latest specifications and equipped with the best educational systems, training aids and multi-purpose electronic network systems.
The meeting was attended by Brigadier Nasser Rashid Al Kalbani, Deputy Commandant of the NDC, the Military Attaché of the Jordanian Embassy at Muscat and several NDC Officers.
Lastly, Brigadier Kayid Jamal Al Ja’arat, Head of Military Training at the Armed Forces of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and his accompanying delegation visited the Military Technological College (MTC).
Upon his arrival, \he was greeted by Air Commodore (Eng.) Mohammed Aziz Al Siabi, Commandant of the MTC.
The guest was briefed on the college’s educational and service facilities, in addition to its general curriculum, technical specializations and various educational levels. He also toured the Metaverse Learning Centre.
