Undersecretary of the Kuwait National Guard Lieutenant General Hashem Al-Rifaie attended the graduation ceremony of the new senior sergeants cohort last week at the main hall of Sumoud Camp.
In a statement issued by the National Guard, Al-Rifaie expressed pride in the graduation of a new group of qualified non-commissioned officers who have received extensive military education and field training.
He emphasized that this course forms a foundational pillar in training senior sergeants, enhancing their combat capabilities and ensuring they are fully equipped to perform their duties with high competence, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
The statement added that Al-Rifaie conveyed congratulations and greetings to the graduates on behalf of the National Guard Chief, Sheikh Mubarak Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and the Deputy Chief, Sheikh Faisal Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
