Lieutenant General Mustapha Smaali, Commander of the Algerian Land Forces oversaw Monday the graduation of Officers of the Command and General Staff School Chahid Hamouda, also known as “Si El Hawas”.
Representatives of the civil and military authorities, senior officials from the various Armed Forces Commands, Directorates, and Central Services of the Ministry of National Defense were also present, the Algerian Ministry of Defense reported
The Commander of the Land Forces then attended detailed presentations by the 54th graduating promotions (officer trainees of the Command and General Staff), named after the Chahid Mohamed Harfouchi.
These presentations covered the research and dissertations completed during their training, as well as the educational activities undertaken, illustrating the efforts made by the trainee officers, the high level of training, preparation, and instruction, and the determination to concretize them.
At the end of the ceremony, a tribute was paid to the family of Chahid Mohamed Harfouchi, in recognition of his eternal sacrifice during Algeria’s Glorious Revolution.

- Higher School of Military Administration
