Major General Saleh Mohammed bin Majren Al Ameri, Commander of UAE Joint Operations, along with a delegation from the UAE Ministry of Defence, initiated visit to the People’s Republic of China.

The visit began with a meeting with General Chang Dingqiu, Commander of the Air Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, at the Chinese Ministry of Defence in Beijing Tuesday.

The meeting focused on a range of topics concerning mutual cooperation and joint military efforts between the two nations, exploring ways to enhance and develop these areas, UAE national news agency WAM reported.

The session was attended by high-ranking officers and officials from both countries’ Defence Ministries.
