Kuwait’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Sabah conducted a field visit last week to the site of the new Ali Al-Sabah Military Academy, reaffirming the Ministry’s commitment to advancing strategic projects that bolster the infrastructure of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces and enhance the military education environment.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Defense, Sheikh Abdullah emphasized the importance of closely monitoring progress to ensure the project adheres to approved timelines and meets the highest technical and engineering standards.
During the visit, the minister received a detailed briefing from project officials outlining the stages of implementation, current completion rates, and future plans to finalize construction in accordance with the needs of the Academy’s educational and training programs.
Sheikh Abdullah also toured several facilities and buildings currently under construction, where he was updated on the execution phases and on-site developments.
He was received by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Mishal Al-Sabah, along with Brigadier General Abdullah Al-Terkait, Commander of the Ali Al-Sabah Military College, and a number of senior officers and engineers overseeing the project.
