Intersec, the region’s dedicated trade show for security, safety and fire protection is constantly evolving and aiming to be active in all aspects of security products. The exhibition reflects growing global interest in safety and health, commercial security, homeland security and policing, and fire and rescue related issues.

With growing trends of online transactions, the significance of centralized IT infrastructure and measures to secure the structure is steadily on the rise. But this trend also invites cyber attacks and threats not only to IT but also to atomized utility services such as power, transport, machinery, financial channels, and other processes.

There is a growing popularity for IT security appliances amongst the small and medium enterprises (SME’s) in the Middle East. Intersec aims to be the meeting point for all security related products and happy to provide a platform for this sector.

Thus, Intersec 2013 will have for the first time, an IT Security area within commercial security section, which will showcase international companies with their path breaking solutions and latest IT and Cyber security products. There is a positive response to this new section and Intersec is welcoming new companies from around the world.
