In a statement, Kuwait’s Defense Ministry said that discussions took place when Sheikh Dr. Abdullah received the visiting British official and his accompanying delegation, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
The statement noted that the meeting witnessed honoring a number of Kuwaiti Army Officers, National Guard, and Graduates of the British Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, for their tremendous efforts during their scholarship and study period.
The meeting was attended by UK Ambassador to Kuwait Belinda Lewis, Head of the Military Education Authority Major General P.S.C. Fahad Al-Turaiji, Director of Military Cooperation Brigadier General Fahad Al-Otaibi, and a number of Senior Military Officers.
