RUAG’s new CEO, Dr. Lukas Braunschweiler, will take over the operational management of RUAG Holding AG on 1 June 2009. The 52-year old Swiss national will be the successor to Toni J. Wicki, who at 65 is retiring, but will continue to fulfill his mandate on the Board of Directors.
