The Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) participated in the events of the fourth edition of Egypt Defence Expo (EDEX 2025) within the pavilion of the Arab Republic of Egypt during the period from 1-4 December 2025 with a total of 57 products, including 18 new products being exhibited for the first time.

During EDEX, the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) signed various agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with local, regional and international organizations, including:

• On the second day of the show, Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and Mr. Eric Chevallier, French Ambassador to Cairo, witnessed the signing of a new contract (photo) to strengthen areas of partnership between the AOI and the French company Dassault Aviation in the field of defense industries.
• Major General Engineer Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, His Excellency Minister Mahmoud Al Hameli, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Aviation Group, and His Excellency Dr. Nasser Hamid Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the UAE Tawazun Council, witnessed the signing of seven agreements with Abu Dhabi Aviation Group and its subsidiaries.                                    
• During the first day of the show, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Aircraft Factory, one of the Arab Organization for Industrialization’s factories, and the Chinese company Norinco.
• During the first day of the exhibition, the Arab Organization for Industrialization signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Emirati-Chinese company Qalaa Red Flag.                   
• AOI signed a Memorandum of Understanding and cooperation agreement with French company Sofema in the field of aircraft engine maintenance and overhaul.
• A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the Chinese company Shadow Wings .
• The Arab Organization for Industrialization signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Pakistani company GIDS.
• The Arab Organization for Industrialization signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Al-Safi Group.
• The Arab Organization for Industrialization signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Emirati company ONIP Trading Company.
• On the last day of the show, the Arab Organization for Industrialization has signed  a protocol for cooperation with Amstone one of Egypt’s leading companies in the field of defense equipment and military manufacturing. In a related context, the Chairman of AOI was keen to visit Amstone’s pavilion, where he emphasized the importance of increasing investment opportunities and joint projects between the two sides.
• Lastly, the Arab Organization for Industrialization signed a memorandum of understanding  with Arab International Optics Company
