ITT Corp. was awarded a follow-on $37 million contract for full-rate production of the AN/ALQ-211 Advanced Integrated Defensive Electronic Warfare Suite (AIDEWS), an integrated situational awareness and self-protection system to be installed on Special Operations Army MH-47 and MH-60 helicopters. Under this contract, ITT will deliver 25 systems, along with spares and related components, to the US Army Special Operations during the next three years.

This award is a part of a $300 million Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract that was awarded to ITT in 2008 by the U.S. Special Operations Technology Applications Program Office, Fort Eustis, Virginia. The systems will be built in Clifton, New Jersey.
