Giat Industries, parent company of the Nexter Group, confirmed the acquisition of all the equity of the SNPE

This operation will allow to bring together, within a same group and while respecting their respective strategies, customers and markets, their activities in the ammunition field and to rationalize the management of the land and property affairs stemming from the history of the two groups.
