According to Boeing’s latest Pilot & Technician Outlook, commercial aviation will require by 2045:
- 674,000 new pilots
- 728,000 maintenance technicians
- More than 1 million cabin crew
The Middle East, India and Africa will be among the world’s fastest-growing aviation markets, driving significant investment in aviation training, simulation, digital learning and workforce development.
By 2034, the aviation industry will require 1.34 million new professionals globally, with 465,000 needed across the Middle East, Africa, and India alone.
Meeting this demand will require more than optimization - it will require 400+ new or expanded Approved Training Organizations, as well as significant investment in training capacity, infrastructure, simulation, and technology.
