Boeing Information Solutions (IS), the physical and cyber security arm of Boeing, confirmed that it will be participating in the 5th International Security and National Security Resilience (ISNR) Exhibition and Conference in Abu Dhabi.

It develops border, transportation and critical infrastructure security solutions and is composed of the Boeing Visual Security Operations Console; Border Security Solutions; Cyber Security & Information Solutions and Critical Infrastructure Protection.

Boeing IS will showcase advanced capability-based solutions with the potential to enhance homeland defense at the national, regional and global levels during ISNR Abu Dhabi 2012, the latest edition of the region’s premier homeland security event running from March 19 to 21, 2012 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. Information Solutions brings the expertise of Boeing’s USD 32 billion Defense, Space & Security business which relies on the talents of 62,000 employees worldwide.

“Boeing Information Solutions is an important addition to ISNR’s league of participants. Its access to Boeing’s almost 100 years of technology expertise enables it to create advanced security products that can efficiently address today’s rapidly-changing security environments.  The insights and experience brought into the event by Boeing IS and other major global security players are vital to the enhancement of the region’s security and emergency response capabilities,” said Mohamad Bader-Eddin, Show Director, Reed Exhibitions Middle East.

“The Middle East, and the UAE in particular, is an excellent market for advanced and pioneering homeland defense solutions to implement large-scale security measures. Boeing has technologies today that we believe are highly suitable for the region’s long-term security agenda. We are looking forward to attending the ISNR and learning more about the security needs of the region and getting a better sense of the local and regional industry,” said Samir B. Sahgal, Director, International Business Development, Boeing Information Solutions.

ISNR Abu Dhabi 2012 will cover Border and Transport Security; Intelligence and Threat Assessment; Critical Infrastructure Protection; Emergency Preparedness & Response; Counter Terrorism; and Resilience (Crisis Management).
