Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction will not materially impact Raytheon's total company sales or earnings per share for the fourth quarter of 2011 or fiscal year 2012.
Henggeler Computer Consultants expands Raytheon's comprehensive cybersecurity offerings with enterprise solutions delivered by a highly regarded technical team. The company is a forefront developer of enterprise architecture, analytics, software, and cloud-based solutions that form the backbone of key intelligence community systems.
