His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on Wednesday reiterated the UAE’s support to the Kingdom of Bahrain saying the UAE will not spare any effort in providing all forms of support to Bahrain

to help restore security, stability and growth, which are components of regional stability.

The pledge came during a reception for Sheikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of Bahrain and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, at Al Rodah Palace in Abu Dhabi. Sheikh Salman is visiting the country as part of a regional tour.

Present were Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President’s Representative, and General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

Sheikh Khalifa said the UAE appreciates the wisdom exhibited by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain in tackling the recent events and taking decisions to boost national solidarity in order to restore security and stability. He stressed that the UAE is confident King Hamad and Bahrain will overcome the problems through dialogue and in the interest of nation building.

Sheikh Salman conveyed to Sheikh Khalifa regards from King Hamad and briefed him on the latest developments in Bahrain and King Hamad’s efforts to address the national objectives to build the kingdom.
