Rostec is putting together an export package of software products designed to automatize enterprise and business management. The software products, including the code, have been entirely designed by Rostec. The code structure allows translating the products quickly into different languages of the world.

At the moment, the largest developer of such solutions in the structure of the holding company Ruselectronics (part of Rostec), the Moscow Enterprise Management Systems, is completing the English language localization of the main products “Management System. Enterprise” and “Management System. Analytics”.

“Due to the current geopolitical situation, the priority markets for our software are the countries of Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa. We are going to start supplying the software to foreign markets in 2018 and expect to occupy at least 5% of the market of automated enterprise and business management systems,” said Director for International Cooperation and Regional Policy of the State Corporation Rostec, Viktor Kladov (photo).

The software solutions proposed for export are already being applied at several enterprises of the Russian defense industry, including those that are part of the State Corporation Rostec structure.

The software “Management System. Enterprise” provides an automated control and improved performance of project and program management in production, financial, administrative, logistics and distribution organizations.

The development allows automatizing control over the performance of contracts and payments, quickly receiving data on the current state of work carried out by co-contractors at any level of cooperation, constantly monitoring current and scheduled work, as well as analyzing potential risks. Built-in modules allow displaying data in a convenient graphic format.

The system provides an exchange of information between users and related systems in a secure mode. Thanks to the use of the Spider Project, developed nationally, the system can process simultaneously the data of more than 1 million works.

The software “Management System. Analytics” provides decision-making support under difficult conditions based on an automated objective analysis of substantive work. The system allows seeing the entire business situation, creating real-time reports for any user request, and quickly tracking down any changes in specified indicators.

The unique flexible structure of systematization and storage in blocks allows not only to receive, process and combine information in real time without special software engineering, but also to avoid data duplication.

The system’s interface is designed especially for business users, based on a simple and clear logic. The reporting forms are designed on the basis of the drag’n’drop principle, which does not require the user either to have any engineering skills or to attract developers. This solution functions by means of a web interface, which provides access to the system from any location across the world without purchasing or installing a complex software program.
