Saab and Systematic Sign Cooperation Agreement

Defense and Security Company Saab and Systematic signed a non-exclusive cooperation agreement within the high echelon Command, Control and Information System (CCIS) market segment.
"By combining our complementary offers, market channels and integration capabilities we have taken an important step together to strengthen the Nordic industry competitiveness," said Gunilla Fransson, Head of Business Area Security and Defense Solutions, Saab.
 
"Working together is a fantastic opportunity for both companies," said Michael Holm, President and CEO of Systematic. "We at Systematic are looking forward to sharing our complimentary technologies and know-how so that we can offer customers fully combined products and integrated systems."
 
Both Saab and Systematic have value adding technology to offer each other as well as present and future customers. The non-exclusive agreement gives Saab and Systematic easy access to each other's competencies and products, which in an efficient manner can be integrated to meet customer needs.

Both companies are at the front line of developing interoperable Command and Control capability. The coming together will further contribute to collaboration and information sharing to the benefit of customers.
