Panu Routila Named Patria’s Chairman of the Board of Directors

Patria announced that Mr. Panu Routila (MSc, Economics), 55, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors as of 4th of February 2020. 

Mr. Petri Vihervuori, Senior Financial Adviser at the Prime Minister´s Ownership Steering Department, has acted as an interim Chairman of the Board. He will continue as a Board Member.

Mr. Panu Routila has an extensive executive experience in both domestic and international companies, as well as in the boards of several companies and organizations. Mr. Routila has served as a CEO e.g. in Konecranes Oyj and Ahlstrom Capital Oy.

Ms Päivi Marttila, CEO, Sievi Capital Plc; General Ari Puheloinen; Mr. Harald Aarø, Executive Vice President Business Development and Strategy, Kongsberg Group and Mr. Eirik Lie, Executive Vice President, Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS, Mr. Jarle Næss, Senior Vice President Business Development, Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS and Ms Gyrid Skalleberg Ingerø, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Kongsberg Group will continue as members of the Board of Directors.
