Alenia Aeronautica's Board of Directors, convened this past Friday, has appointed Amedeo Caporaletti as company's Chairman, succeeding the resigning Giorgio Brazzelli, who held this position since 2009 and who has taken over another prestigious role within the Finmeccanica group.

Furthermore, the Board of Directors of the subsidiary Alenia Aermacchi has appointed Amedeo Caporaletti as company's Chairman, succeeding the resigning Giorgio Brazzelli, who held this position since 2003.
