The European Defence Agency (EDA) Steering Board has appointed Mr. Rini Goos as next Deputy Chief Executive of the Agency. Goos will take up his duties shortly.

Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah has named former Intelligence Chief Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz as Second Deputy Prime Minister, a role historically seen as making the incumbent second in line to become King.

Exelis Inc. has appointed Dr. Pamela Drew as President of its Information Systems business area, based in Herndon, Virginia.  Drew replaces Mike Wilson, who is retiring from the company, effective March 31, 2013.
