Iran unveiled a prototype long-range unmanned bomber on Sunday, the latest in a stream of announcements of new Iranian-made military hardware as tension mounts over its nuclear program.
Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi said that Iran will unveil an array of new weapons next week, including missiles, speedboats and a long range drone, the ISNA news agency reported.
Iran's navy took delivery of 4 new mini submarines of the home-produced Ghadir class. The navy already owns 7 submarines of this type which weigh 120 tons and were first launched in 2007.
Quoting senior Iranian Army Officials, a report revealed that the Iranian Air Force will deploy Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) along its borders to strengthen its reconnaissance and surveillance capabilities.
