Gulf Air announced the appointment of Maher Salman Al Musallam to the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

A seasoned aviation professional, Al Musallam, a Bahraini citizen, brings a wealth of experience to Gulf Air gained from a career spanning 35 years in the Royal Bahraini Air Force.  

 

Gulf Air CEO Samer Majali said "the airline is continuing its rapid implementation of the new strategy and we certainly welcome someone of Mr. Musallam's calibre to the team."

Reporting directly to the CEO, Musallam will be involved in all operational aspects of the business.
