Financially troubled Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) reduced its aircraft orders with Airbus, according to Airbus’ website.

The United States is considering selling 84 advanced F-15 fighter jets to Saudi Arabia but without long-range weapons systems objected to by Israel, The Wall Street Journal reported.

   Lebanon said it was committed to building up its armed forces after complaints by Israel about Western assistance to the military following a deadly border clash between the two countries.

  The Egyptian Air Force selected the Pratt & Whitney F100-PW-229 engine enhancement package (EEP) engine to power its new fleet of F-16 Block 52 aircraft, said senior US officials. 

 Iran's navy took delivery of 4 new mini submarines of the home-produced Ghadir class. The navy already owns 7 submarines of this type which weigh 120 tons and were first launched in 2007.
